If your company needs help with the overall administration and ongoing system maintenance our Custom Care package is for you. A Customer Care Technician will work with you to formulate a plan to come to your business on a weekly or monthly basis to perform routine system checks and identify potential problem areas. This plan will be based on a certain number of hours at a pre- negotiated discount price. Any work that exceeds these hours will be billed at the same discount price. Our technician will also perform certain tasks that are unique to each customer such as user or email administration or minor problem resolution. Each week our technician will perform some or all of the following tasks were applicable.

• Monitor system performance
• Diagnose potential problems
• Check system backup utilities
• Update virus protection patterns
• Obtain copy of data for off-site storage and disaster recovery
• Recommend equipment and software upgrades
